Job Description:

  • To develop, design digital learning games for children of age group 5 years to 16 years which can enhance student learning.
  • Develop multiple mobile games with portable codes that can run on different mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows etc.)
  • Transform game play logic into an easy & elegant UX & UI on the mobile app
  • A comprehensive background in the design process, from brainstorm to iteration to final product/project with a focus on user experience.
  • Design characters, levels, storyboard, game elements and other screens required for development of game and conduct trials.
  • Works with cross functional team, managing the responsibilities of one or more product segments.

Tasks Job Description
General Accounting Maintenance of Accounts payable & Receivable Accounts Receivable:

  • Customer Creation like all type of Vendors.
  • Creating Sale Orders, Invoices and Receipts as per company standards and accounting standards.
  • Maintain Customer Relationship and follow ups with customers for Payments.
  • Responsible for Debtors Collection and Remittance.

Accounts Payable:

  • Supplier Creation like all type of Vendors.
  • Recording all invoices and compare with purchase order.
  • Offset Prepayments to Standard Invoice to knock of advance account And book to correct expenses.
  • Creating Credit memos to reduce supplier liability.
  • Preparing Invoice Aging to avoid payment run in particular time limits.

CM Responsibility:

  • Clearing of payment cheques and receipts
  • Daily Cash Statement to be maintained
  • Preparing cash flow statements
  • Maintaining project based Gain/Loss accounts

***Involve in other office works, which is suggested by Managers.

  • Calculating GST, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) (for other than employees) and sending it across to Financial Controller for approval.
  • Once approved making payments for GST & TDS.
  • Filing and issuing Form C to the suppliers.
  • Filing of quarterly e-TDS returns and monthly GST returns.
  • Making Payment through cheque for PF, ESIC & PT once the calculations arrive from HR Department.
  • Co-ordinating with HR Department for filing of the same.

***Handling any other statutory return calculation/payment/filing as applicable.

Reporting 1. Preparing & sending daily statement with details of below points to Finance controller

  • Cash Receipts
  • Cash Expenses
  • Cheques received
  • Cheques Issued
  • Cheques issued and cleared
  • Dues status (Pending Payments against which invoice/bill has been received and we need to make payment)
  • NEFT/RTGS receipts and Payments

2. Preparing & Sending Reconciled Statement of Procurement to Finance controller & Operations Manager on Weekly basis:

  • Ensure that Rate entered in the daily statement and in the procurement statement tallies
  • Ensure that bills/voucher is present against each transaction

3. Preparing bank reconciliation statement monthly and sending it across to finance controller on 5 th of every month.

4. Preparing cash reconciliation statement monthly and sending it across to finance controller on 5 th of every month.

5. Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors Statement on Monthly basis.

6. Preparing the reimbursement statement for all the employees on every 10 th , 20 th and 30 th of the month.

(This should be done as per the claims submitted, taking approval from the appropriate supervision and verifying the same as per the current travel/reimbursement policy .Once verified sending it across to Finance Controller for approval. Preparing the cheque and submitting it to Bank for remittance. Communicating to the employee that the deposit has been made against their claims.)

Maintaining Data in company Software Posting all the entries related to above tasks in the software as per company Standard.
Misc Liaison work with Banks & other Statutory Department
Note: any other task which the company pay assign from time to time.
