Associate Product Specialist

Job Description:
Enable implementation of Butterfly Fields – Hands on learning Programs in Schools for 1st to 10th Grades by:

  • Conducting demonstrations and Training workshops to train School teachers / students on innovative Hands-On Learning Projects & Activities
    • Grades: 1st to 7th (Independently handle the Teacher / Student Training)
    • Grades: 8th to 10th (act as a support to the lead trainer)
    • Subjects: Mathematics & Science Coordinating with schools for:
  • Coordinating with schools for:
    • Getting teachers feedback on the activities & the program
    • Conducting assessment tests in Schools
    • Assist in analysis and creation of reports
  • Conduct demonstrations in events (e.g. parent teacher meetings, etc.) to present & explain concepts using hands on learning projects / working models

Essential Qualifications:

  • Decent Communication Skills.
  • Should be presentable
  • Should be ready to travel
  • Should be a Quick learner & with strong Hands-on skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience of dealing with children would certainly help.
  • Background in Science and engineering could be an added advantage

Educational Qualifications: Any Graduation

Total Experience: 0-2 could be in any field

Funnel Management Officer (Domestic and International Market)

Job Description:

  • Manage and Own Lead Generation Process from start to end.(Generating new leads through researching actively for the potential clients, identifying key persons and decision makers, making calls for prospective clients.)
  • Business Development: (Making calls, sending emails to prospects & Frequent Follow Up’s, understanding and obtaining needs with identified prospects and converting them to clients.)
  • Post Sales: (Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint.) Daily/Weekly /Monthly MIS Reports.

HR Executive

Job Description:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Responsible end to end recruitment all levels both permanent and Contract.
  • Sourcing ,Screening ,short listing the candidates for preliminary round
  • Scheduling interviews, follow up feedback and negotiating the salary.
  • Managing and updating the database.
  • Follow up with the candidates till he joins.

On boarding:

  • Taking Care of on joining formalities.
  • Ensure work space is allocation before the candidates joins.
  • Issue of Offer letter /Appointment letters.

Pay Roll:

  • Send the attendance to the vendor for pay roll processing.
  • Coordinate for pay roll process

Statutory:

  • Coordinate for monthly reports with vendor for Statutory (PT/TDS/PF/ESIC) and ensure timely payments

Employee Activities::

  • Organize events and celebrations

Employee Issues /Concerns:

  • SPOC for all employee related issues.
  • Address the issue / Update the reporting manager and resolve the same with in the TAT.

Any other responsibility on need basis
