Required Position: Business Development Manager
- Implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence
- Interact and build relationships with School Principals, Management, and Teachers to create and service the demand for Butterfly Edufields offerings
- Achieve sales targets by successfully implementing the Sales Processes with a disciplined approach.
- Coordinate with the implementation team for smooth execution of Program as per promise.
- Update CRM on daily basis with detailed call/visit report.
No. of years experience required:
- Experience of at least 4+ years in sales
- Experience in K-12 Education Sector would be an advantage.
Essential Qualifications: MBA Marketing, B. Tech, B.E – Science background compulsory
- Excellent communication skills – written, spoken and more importantly – listening skills.
- A deep passion and understanding of the domain of K-12 education.
- Should be willing for extensive travel (20 days a month)
