FORUM FOR INNOVATIVE TEACHERS- FIT:
Teaching is a unique profession
– even as they teach, teachers remain students for their lives.
Not surprisingly, many teachers learn from their interactions with
students. Every child’s pursuit for academic excellence can
be a unique learning experience for a teacher.
At this juncture where India has
been showcasing its biggest asset as its young dynamic human resource,
FIT is an initiative to help India in becoming an innovative and
creative society and a global leader in school education.
The primary objectives of FIT are:
To help India become an innovative
and creative society and a global leader in school education.
To act as a brainstorming-house
for ideas and information matters relating to student learning.
To develop and/or to disseminate
improved educational techniques and practices in schools to enhance
student learning.
To ensure evolution and diffusion
of innovative practices in education in a selective, time-bound
and mission oriented basis.
To undertake,
aid, promote and coordinate research in all areas related to student
learning.
Mode of Operation
1. Launch of FORUM FOR TEACHERS
on www.butterflyfields.com/forum/login.php
2. Visit to the Member Schools – Once every month
We at Butterfly Fields believe that the onus of taking our education
system to the next level lies with teachers. To revolutionize our
education system, teachers must first dare to go beyond conventional
methods of teaching and try innovative methods of reaching out to
students.
For teachers who are willing to
join us in our endeavor, we are willing to help in every possible
manner to make this dream come true
